Miiyia integrates exclusively through Amazon's official, authorized APIs: the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API. We use these for orders, inventory, catalog and listings, finances, reports, and Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display advertising data. You connect your account through Amazon's secure OAuth authorization flow (Login with Amazon). You log in on Amazon's own consent screen and approve access — we never see or store your Seller Central password. Yes. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest with AES-256. We follow the principle of least privilege, requesting only the API scopes we need, and we restrict and log internal access to credentials and seller data. No. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use your data solely to provide the Miiyia service to you. The limited service providers that help us operate (for example, secure cloud hosting) are bound by contract and may only process data on our behalf. You are always in control. You can revoke Miiyia's authorization at any time from Amazon Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps. Yes. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@miiyia.com. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active and you need it to use the service. When you revoke access or close your account, we delete or anonymize your Amazon data within a commercially reasonable period (generally within 90 days), and any limited personal information derived from order data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Miiyia supports major Amazon marketplaces across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific — including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and Australia, among others. By default, Miiyia operates in read-only mode and does not modify your account, change listings, or place orders. Some optional features (such as advertising adjustments) involve write actions — these are always explicitly initiated and approved by you, and you can disable them at any time.
