This Privacy Policy explains how Dongguan Yinghai Technology Co., Ltd. (“Miiyia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use our website at miiyia.com and our software-as-a-service platform for Amazon sellers (collectively, the “Service”). It also describes the choices you have regarding your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

本隐私政策说明东莞市赢海科技有限公司（以下简称“Miiyia”“我们”）在你使用我们位于 miiyia.com 的网站及面向亚马逊卖家的软件即服务（SaaS）平台（统称“服务”）时，如何收集、使用、披露、保留与保护信息，同时说明你对自身信息所拥有的选择权。使用本服务即表示你同意本政策所述的做法。

• Miiyia account credentials — when you create a Miiyia account, your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text. This is your Miiyia password only — we never ask for or collect your Amazon Seller Central password.
• Miiyia 账户凭据——当你创建 Miiyia 账户时的电子邮箱与密码。密码仅以加盐单向哈希形式存储，绝不明文保存。这仅是你的 Miiyia 密码——我们绝不索取或收集你的 Amazon 卖家平台密码。
• Contact & demo information — name, business name, email address, and phone number when you request a demo or contact us. No password is collected for demo or contact requests.

• Billing information — for paid plans, billing details processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

• Support communications — messages, attachments, and feedback you send us.

When you connect your Amazon Seller account, you authorize Miiyia — through Amazon’s official OAuth (Login with Amazon) consent flow and the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API — to access only the data needed to provide the Service. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

当你连接亚马逊卖家账户时，你即授权 Miiyia 通过亚马逊官方 OAuth（Login with Amazon）授权流程，以及 Amazon Selling Partner API（SP-API）与 Amazon Advertising API，访问提供服务所需的数据。根据你启用的功能，这可能包括：

• Order information — order IDs, items, quantities, prices, status, and fulfillment data (business fields only; we do not access buyer name, shipping address, phone, or email).

• Inventory & catalog — SKUs, listings, FBA/FBM stock levels, and product attributes.

• No buyer PII for current features — Miiyia's current features are designed to operate on de-identified order and business data. We do not request the restricted Amazon roles required to access buyer personal information (such as buyer name, shipping address, or phone number). If a future feature ever required such data, we would access it only with the appropriate restricted-role authorization and the safeguards described in Section 6 and our Data Protection & Security Policy.
• 当前功能不获取买家 PII——Miiyia 现有功能均设计为基于去标识化的订单与业务数据运行。我们不申请访问买家个人信息（如买家姓名、收货地址或电话号码）所需的亚马逊受限角色（restricted roles）。若未来某项功能确需此类数据，我们将仅在获得相应受限角色授权、并采取第 6 条及《数据保护与安全政策》所述保障措施的前提下访问。

• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share Amazon data with third parties for their own purposes. We disclose information only in these limited cases:

We protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, network isolation, logging and monitoring, and a documented incident-response process. • Minimization — we collect and process the least PII necessary to provide a requested feature.

• Retention limits — we retain PII only as long as necessary to provide the Service and, where derived from Amazon order data, delete it within 30 days of the relevant order processing, unless a longer period is required by law or by Amazon’s applicable policies.

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account or revoke authorization, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a commercially reasonable period (generally within 90 days), except where retention is required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes. PII derived from Amazon order data follows the 30-day rule described above.

Subject to applicable law (including the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where relevant), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@miiyia.com; we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You can also:

在适用法律（包括《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL），以及相关情形下的 GDPR 与 CCPA/CPRA）的范围内，你可能有权访问、更正、导出、限制或删除你的个人数据，并对某些处理提出异议。如需行使这些权利，请发送邮件至 support@miiyia.com；我们将在法律要求的时限内回复。你还可以：

• Revoke Amazon access at any time from Amazon Seller Central (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps), which immediately stops further data access.
• 随时在亚马逊卖家平台（应用与服务 → 管理你的应用）中撤销亚马逊授权，这将立即停止进一步的数据访问。
• Request export or deletion of your Miiyia data by contacting us.
• 通过联系我们请求导出或删除你的 Miiyia 数据。

9. International data transfers9. 跨境数据传输

We are based in the People's Republic of China and may process and store information in China and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where a cross-border transfer of personal information takes place, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (such as the standard contract for outbound transfer under the PIPL, or Standard Contractual Clauses).

我们位于中华人民共和国，可能在中国及我们或服务提供商运营所在的其他国家/地区处理和存储信息。当发生个人信息跨境传输时，我们会采用适用法律所要求的适当保障措施（例如依据 PIPL 的个人信息出境标准合同，或标准合同条款）。

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Miiyia is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Our access to and use of Amazon data is subject to Amazon’s applicable agreements, including the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. Amazon data is handled in accordance with those policies and this Privacy Policy.

Miiyia 是独立的软件服务提供商，与 Amazon.com, Inc. 无任何隶属、背书或赞助关系。我们对亚马逊数据的访问与使用受亚马逊适用协议约束，包括《Amazon 可接受使用政策》与《Amazon 数据保护政策》。亚马逊数据将依据上述政策及本隐私政策进行处理。
