Acceptable Use Policy可接受使用政策

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) governs how Dongguan Yinghai Technology Co., Ltd. (“Miiyia”, “we”, “us”) and the users of the Miiyia platform (the “Service”) may access and use data, including information obtained from Amazon through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API (“Amazon Information”). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and works together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection & Security Policy. It is intended to be consistent with the spirit and requirements of the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy.

本可接受使用政策（以下简称“本政策”）规定了东莞市赢海科技有限公司（“Miiyia”“我们”或“我方”）以及 Miiyia 平台（“本服务”）的用户如何访问和使用数据，包括通过 Amazon Selling Partner API（SP-API）和 Amazon Advertising API 从亚马逊获取的信息（“亚马逊信息”）。本政策已并入我们的服务条款，并与我们的隐私政策及数据保护与安全政策共同适用。本政策旨在与《Amazon 可接受使用政策》及《Amazon 数据保护政策》的宗旨与要求保持一致。

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that Amazon Information and all other data handled by the Service are used responsibly, lawfully, and only for the legitimate business purposes for which access was granted. It sets out what constitutes permitted use, the uses that are strictly prohibited, and the safeguards we apply to personally identifiable information.

2. Permitted Use of Amazon Data

Amazon Information may be used only to provide and improve the features of the Service for the authorized seller, for that seller’s own business benefit, and consistent with the purposes that were disclosed to and authorized by the seller at the time access was granted. Permitted uses include, for example, displaying the seller’s own orders, inventory, financial events, and advertising performance; generating analytics, reports, and alerts for the seller; and supporting operational tasks the seller has enabled. We use Amazon Information only as necessary to provide these agreed services and for no other purpose.

亚马逊信息仅可用于为获授权的卖家提供并改进本服务的功能，服务于该卖家自身的业务利益，并与授予访问权限时向卖家披露并经其授权的目的保持一致。允许的使用包括（例如）：展示卖家自身的订单、库存、财务事件与广告表现；为卖家生成分析、报表与预警；以及支持卖家已启用的运营任务。我们仅在提供上述约定服务所必需的范围内使用亚马逊信息，不用于任何其他目的。

You and Miiyia must not, and must not permit any third party to, do any of the following with Amazon Information:

您与 Miiyia 均不得，且不得允许任何第三方对亚马逊信息进行下列任何行为：

• Use Amazon Information except as necessary to provide the agreed services to the seller who authorized the access.
• 除为向授予访问权限的卖家提供约定服务所必需外，使用亚马逊信息。
• Sell, lease, rent, trade, license, share, or otherwise transfer Amazon Information to any third party.
• 向任何第三方出售、出租、租赁、交易、许可、分享或以其他方式转让亚马逊信息。
• Use Amazon Information for advertising or marketing to consumers, or for any communication to buyers, outside the scope authorized by the seller and permitted by Amazon’s policies.

• Combine, aggregate, or cross-reference personally identifiable information across different sellers, or with data from other sources, in a manner not authorized by the affected seller.

• Scrape, harvest, or access Amazon data through any means other than Amazon’s official authorized APIs, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.

• Attempt to re-identify, de-anonymize, or otherwise reverse any aggregated or anonymized data to identify an individual.

• Use Amazon Information to compete unfairly with the authorizing seller or with Amazon, including to benefit any other seller.

• Store or retain Amazon Information, including personally identifiable information, for longer than necessary to provide the agreed services or as required by law.

4. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Miiyia's current features are designed to operate on de-identified order and business data, and we do not request the restricted Amazon roles required to access buyer PII. To the extent any personally identifiable information (“PII”) — such as buyer name, shipping address, or phone number — is ever processed, we handle it with particular care, consistent with the Amazon Data Protection Policy:

• Minimal collection. We request and process only the minimum PII necessary to provide the features the seller has enabled, using the least-privileged API scopes.

• Encryption. PII is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using AES-256 or an equivalent industry standard.

• Access controls. Access to PII is restricted to authorized personnel and systems on a strict need-to-know basis and is logged.

5. Security Expectations of Users

Security is a shared responsibility. To help keep Amazon Information safe, users are expected to: keep their account credentials confidential and not share login access; use strong, unique passwords and enable any available multi-factor authentication; promptly review and limit the access they grant to the minimum necessary; revoke Miiyia’s authorization from Amazon Seller Central if they no longer use the Service; and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access or security incident to us. Users must also ensure that their own use of any data exported from the Service complies with this Policy and applicable law.

If you become aware of any actual or suspected violation of this Policy, misuse of Amazon Information, security vulnerability, or other abuse of the Service, please report it promptly to support@miiyia.com. We investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action. Please include enough detail for us to understand and respond to the issue.

7. Enforcement & Suspension

Violations of this Policy may result in actions ranging from a warning to the immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. Where appropriate or required, we may also notify Amazon and relevant authorities, preserve evidence, and cooperate with investigations. We may take any of these actions to protect the security and integrity of the Service, our users, and Amazon Information, and to comply with our obligations under Amazon’s policies and applicable law.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
